About Us |
| During the past two decades, real estate fundamentals and capital markets have evolved and moved in all directions. But these things remain constant - great opportunities arise from change, and Mountain Real Estate Group has constantly been there to help developers capitalize on such opportunities. Founded in 1993 by Peter Fioretti, a successful residential developer through the 1980's, Mountain has grown to be the one of the leading private capital sources for developers of residential and commercial land in the United States. Peter has surrounded himself with a team of multi-faceted professionals, steeped in hands-on development, management and financial expertise, culminating in the addition of 14 seasoned professionals who previously composed the entire REO asset management group of GMAC-ResCap's Business Capital Group. Mountain's combination of practical experience and a flexible and ready capital base allows it to present quick and creative solutions to today's opportunistic investors. |
